Artist's Comments

i am only posting this because i haven't put up anything for about a month.

The poster for my graphic design class, the one that caused me to create the bunnykins and frankenstien pictures.
We were tasked to make a poster in the style of Russell Benfanti. Not a style i am too fond of, i don't mind telling you. But it proved well enough for me to learn how to use Illustrator, which is not my favourite program to use.
thankfully the piece is complete, mounted and the project is finished, now i can forget about this Russell Benfanti for ever...

Perhaps it's not as good as your usual style, but at least you got to try something a little different. And it works, in its own way. A little experimentation here and there is a good thing for any artist.

yeah a change is always good and i think i've been to harsh on the style. but because i HAD to do it i became quite despondent towards it...

Yeah, I hear that. It often seems like, no matter how fun something can be, it ceases to be fun as soon as you're ordered to do it.

That's pretty much why I'm unemployed.
